We are currently seeking an experienced, proactive, and customer-oriented Property Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our property, ensuring smooth and efficient management that meets and exceeds guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs, handling guest inquiries, and coordinating housekeeping services.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality guest experiences.
  3. Collaborate with the housekeeping team to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests.
  4. Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards.
  5. Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and expense management for the property.
  6. Monitor and manage online listings, guest reviews, and communication platforms to maintain a strong online presence and reputation.
  7. Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, addressing any concerns or special requests in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Train and support team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
  9. Ensure compliance with local regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.


  1. No prior property management experience is required; however, a background in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
  2. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with a guest-focused mindset.
  3. Effective leadership and team management abilities, promoting a positive work environment.
  4. Willingness to learn property management principles, practices, and regulations.
  5. Basic understanding of financial management, including budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
  6. Proficient in the use of property management software, online booking platforms, and general office applications or willingness to learn similar tools.
  7. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  8. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  10. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  11. Proof of eligibility to work in Romania.
