Omnes Easy living is an exciting new Airbnb rental business offering multiple private rooms in a beautifully maintained house. Our goal is to provide a comfortable, clean, and welcoming environment for our guests from all around the world. As a start-up, we are passionate about creating memorable experiences for our visitors and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and detail-oriented house cleaner to join our team and help us ensure the cleanliness and overall appearance of our property meet and exceed guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring they are up to Airbnb standards and company guidelines.
- Perform tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and washing windows, mirrors, and other surfaces.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities, ensuring adequate supplies are always available for guests.
- Empty trash and recycling receptacles, and dispose of waste according to local regulations.
- Inspect and report any damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards in a timely manner to the property manager.
- Restock and maintain the organization of cleaning supplies, equipment, and storage areas.
- Maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism when interacting with guests, respecting their privacy and personal belongings.
- Collaborate with the property manager to address guest feedback, special requests, or any additional cleaning requirements.
Qualifications:
- No prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is required, as we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Eagerness to learn cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- A reliable mode of transportation to and from the property.
- Proof of eligibility to work in Romania.
