Omnes Easy living is an exciting new Airbnb rental business offering multiple private rooms in a beautifully maintained house. Our goal is to provide a comfortable, clean, and welcoming environment for our guests from all around the world. As a start-up, we are passionate about creating memorable experiences for our visitors and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and detail-oriented house cleaner to join our team and help us ensure the cleanliness and overall appearance of our property meet and exceed guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Thoroughly clean and sanitize all guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring they are up to Airbnb standards and company guidelines.
2. Perform tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and washing windows, mirrors, and other surfaces.
3. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities, ensuring adequate supplies are always available for guests.
4. Empty trash and recycling receptacles, and dispose of waste according to local regulations.
5. Inspect and report any damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards in a timely manner to the property manager.
6. Restock and maintain the organization of cleaning supplies, equipment, and storage areas.
7. Maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism when interacting with guests, respecting their privacy and personal belongings.
8. Collaborate with the property manager to address guest feedback, special requests, or any additional cleaning requirements.

Qualifications:

1. No prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is required, as we are willing to train the right candidate.
2. Eagerness to learn cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
3. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
4. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
7. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
8. A reliable mode of transportation to and from the property.
9. Proof of eligibility to work in Romania.
